Composition Shingles

Most all residential re-roofing completed today is done with asphalt composition shingles. The most popular of these types is the dimensional or architectural shingle. They usually start with a 30 year warranty, jump to a 40 year and range up to a lifetime warranty. These warranties increase due to the greater weight and thickness of the longer lasting shingles. The increased thickness of the shingle changes the look of the roof giving it more "depth". Scott roofing uses only installs shingles manufactured by the most reputable companies.
